Quality Control
The Microplastics quality management system is ISO 9002 and QS
9000 certified, and our quality lab is General Motors accredited.
We utilize Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), Design Failure Mode
Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and Process Design Failure Mode Effects
Analysis (PFMEA) to promote the highest quality possible. We work
with our customers to achieve zero defects, and typically operate
at or near zero defective parts per million. We can also perform
100% testing of all parts as well as 100% end process testing (such
as electrical testing of lighting fixtures).
